Privacy
A focused enquiry.
A clear data purpose.
How personal information is used when you browse this site or contact QuantFuze.
Who is responsible?
Youssouf Yaichi, trading as QuantFuze, is responsible for the personal information handled for this professional practice. The provider’s professional address and identification are in the legal notice. Contact: Contact@quantfuze.com.
Information you choose to provide
An enquiry can include your name, email, public product URL, primary market, intended customer action and any optional message. Email or LinkedIn contact may include the information you choose to send through those services. Please do not submit account passwords, payment information, recovery codes, API secrets or unnecessary personal data about customers or other people.
Why the information is used
Enquiry information is used to understand your request, assess fit and scope, communicate with you and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Processing needed to take steps at your request before a potential contract is based on that pre-contractual purpose. Correspondence, security and misuse prevention may also be handled where necessary for legitimate professional interests, subject to your rights. Applicable legal obligations may require certain records to be retained.
Form, hosting and communication providers
The optional brief builder prepares an email draft locally in your browser. It does not submit the fields to a server or save them in browser storage. Selecting “Open email app” passes the draft to your email application; you decide whether to send it. Hosting and email infrastructure providers process information needed to operate the site and correspondence. Links to LinkedIn or other websites take you to services with their own privacy notices. We do not embed LinkedIn tracking on this site.
Provider infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Applicable provider data-processing terms and international-transfer safeguards govern that processing. Contact us for information about the providers and arrangements applicable to your enquiry.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for the period needed to respond, manage the potential engagement and resolve related issues. If an engagement follows, records are kept for its administration and applicable legal obligations. Retention is reviewed against the purpose, legal requirements and any legitimate need to establish or defend claims.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and restriction, portability or objection where applicable. Send your request to the contact email above. Where a particular processing activity relies on consent, that consent can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: AEPD.
Cookies, consent and analytics
CookieYes is used to present and remember your consent choices. It sets a necessary consent cookie for that purpose. Google Analytics 4 is used only if you allow Analytics cookies, to understand aggregate visits, traffic sources and page interactions. The Google Analytics tag is blocked until Analytics consent is granted. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings.
CookieYes and Google may process technical information needed to provide consent management and analytics. Provider infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under the applicable provider terms and transfer safeguards. No Google Ads tag or separate advertising pixel is installed in this release.
No marketing subscription
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. No marketing opt-in is bundled into the contact form.
