Fit is a practical decision

A real offer.
A route we can evaluate.

A useful starting point is a defined product, a reachable destination and a meaningful next action. There also needs to be a commercially plausible reason to test paid acquisition: product value, buying economics and potential evidence volume all matter.

A small budget is not automatically testable, and a live website is not automatically ready. Diagnose can identify what needs to change before a responsible test exists.

Conversion paths

Follow how the customer actually buys.

Direct commerce

Own-site purchase, marketplace purchase and observable order value. Marketplace attribution and product eligibility need their own checks.

Self-service software

Signup, trial, activation and paid subscription. A free account is a signal whose business meaning still needs validation.

Other routes

App-store, partner, retail or sales-assisted paths can need a separate measurement and fit assessment. Long enterprise procurement is not the initial launch focus.
