Diagnose / AI Paid Advertising Readiness & Launch Blueprint

Know what is ready.
Know what to fix first.

A focused assessment of whether AI-driven paid discovery deserves a test for your technology product—and what needs to be true before you spend.

The question this service answers

The value is a decision you can use.

A product can be technically impressive and still have a weak paid-acquisition opportunity. The buying context may be wrong, the route to purchase unclear, or the measurement too shallow to support a sensible test. Diagnose brings those issues into one assessment before campaign setup and media spend.

What you receive

A clear readiness verdict

Why pause?

How the work runs

A defined scope.
A visible decision trail.

  1. 01

    Confirm scope and evidence

Select one coherent product focus, primary market, language and conversion path. Review the relevant public product or software destination.

  2. 02

    Assess the opportunity

Examine buyer context, destination continuity, measurement readiness, commercial testability and the ecosystems relevant to the case.

  3. 03

    Deliver the decision

Receive the report with findings, the verdict, priorities and the launch blueprint or no-launch path.

  4. 04

    Clarify the report

A three-business-day written clarification window, up to five concise substantive questions and one consolidated in-scope revision. New evidence and post-fix retesting are separate.

The scope boundary

Clear before
work begins.

One company or brand; one product, software offer or tightly related product line; one primary market; one primary language; one primary conversion path.

Illustrative example—not a client result

A mesh Wi-Fi product family with an own-store checkout can form one coherent scope. A home-mesh line, enterprise access points and a separate Amazon path are different acquisition questions and need an explicit scope decision.

What I need from you

A focused starting point.

  • A public product page, software page or marketplace listing
  • Your primary market, language and route to purchase or signup
  • A short description of the buyer and the problem the product solves
  • Commercial context and what is currently measurable—“not sure” is an acceptable answer

Public information and short answers come first. Please don’t send passwords, payment details or recovery codes.

What sits outside the base scope

Separately agreed work.

  • Campaign or advertising-account setup and ongoing management
  • Tracking implementation, fixes, server-side tracking or CRM work
  • A full advertising-account audit or exhaustive deep review of every ecosystem
  • Website redesign, full SEO/GEO work and media spend

Common questions

Before you decide.

What happens if the recommendation is not to launch?

You still receive the findings, explanation and prioritized next steps. If the issue is fixable, the report identifies what should change. If there is no responsible paid test currently, the output is a reassessment path rather than a forced campaign plan.

Do you need access to my accounts?

The base assessment starts from your brief and relevant public evidence. A deep account audit is not included. If a separately agreed review needs account access, the purpose and least-privilege role are confirmed first.

Will you assess every named platform in depth?

Only relevant ecosystems receive a full fit assessment. The recommendation is based on the buying journey and executable route, not a promise to audit or launch all platforms.

Is this a way to make AI assistants recommend my brand?

This is paid-acquisition readiness. Paid placements are separate from organic AI answers, citations and recommendations.

Is a call required?

No compulsory discovery call. Short written answers and public product information are enough to begin the scope review.

After this stage

The next step
stays conditional.

A responsible first test needs a defined scope, an executable platform path and usable measurement. Validate is proposed only when those conditions support the work.
